A poem
I wonder at the butterfly
Fluttering in colorful beauty and grace
Created as an ugly creepy crawler
But transforming into a sight to behold
I wonder at the birds
As they fly freely in the sky
Not hindered by any obstacle
Spreading their wings and gliding in majesty
I wonder at the squirrels
As they scurry in my garden
Blissfully eating my luscious red tomatoes
Without a care in the world
I wonder at the bees
Busily buzzing all around
In beautiful black and yellow costume
Doing their business as they please
I wonder at man
As he toils each day
Yet unable to attain the satisfaction
That his soul so longs to gain
