How to Find Your Zen During the COVID-19 Pandemic

Tips to keep your sanity at a time like this

We are all aware of what the world is struggling with right now. There are fears and anxiety about the coronavirus pandemic, and there seems to be no end in sight. Also, there are other social issues causing discord among us. There is no good news to put your mind at rest. So, you have to take matters into your own hands to keep your sanity at this time and beyond. Remember, the world has suffered a pandemic before.

The 1918 pandemic came to pass; this too shall pass!

So, to find calm and peace at this time, there are three questions you need to ask yourself.

1. What Do I Need to Start Doing?

The first is to think of things that you need to start doing to give you peace. Is there something that gives you a semblance of joy, makes you smile, lifts your spirit, gives you tranquility? Then start doing exactly that.

Listening to good music does it for me, I always put on the radio on my drive to work, and I just feel right driving and listening to positive lyrics that encourage me. Yours may be just driving with quietness around you. Other activities like spending time praying, meditating, playing an instrument, reading a book, gardening, doing yoga, going for a run…
